Me and my wife have actually experienced heat loss because of the missing insulation in our attic ... after we insulated we couldn't believe it ... we went down 20% on our heating bills, we're enjoying our house even more now because it's more comfortable and we've increased it's overall value.

Insulation conserves heat energy therefore it requires less electricity/fuel to keep houses warm. They're way out of touch with generations. They should give it fairly and squarely to everyone. I am much better off being on the benefits.. Thanks,
